OHA Annual Meeting Approaches: Key Reminders for Attendees

With less than a month remaining until the 111th Ohio Hospital Association Annual Meeting & Education Summit, May 19-21 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus, attendees are encouraged to finalize plans and review important event details. HYATT ROOMS SOLD OUT; ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Hotel rooms at the Hyatt Regency Columbus are sold out for the duration of the conference. Attendees seeking accommodations can access a list of nearby downtown hotels within walking distance, along with dining options during your stay, here.

SUBMIT SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS REQUESTS TODAY

Requests for special accommodations must be submitted by the end of the day Friday, April 24. OHA  supports a range of needs, including dietary restrictions—such as vegetarian, gluten-free and non-dairy options—as well as physical accommodations and auxiliary services. Requests should be submitted in advance via email to Casey.Strader@ohiohospitals.org.

SEPARATE REGISTRATION FOR RECOGNITION DINNER

Attendees planning to participate in the annual OHA Recognition Dinner must register separately. The event will include a cocktail reception, dinner and awards ceremony honoring finalists for the Health Care Worker of the Year Award, along with recipients of our annual leadership awards.
