Apply by Oct. 2: Rural/Critical Access Hospital Learning Collaborative on OUD, StUD Care
The American Hospital Association’s Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) is seeking applications from rural and critical access hospitals to participate in a CDC-funded learning collaborative focused on improving linkage to and retention in care for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or stimulant use disorder (StUD).
Selected teams will participate in a six-month virtual collaborative designed to strengthen care transitions between inpatient, primary care, and pharmacy settings, implement evidence-based practices from the Bridge to Care toolkit, and share lessons learned with peers nationwide. Participating organizations may request up to $20,000 to support staff time and project activities.
