5 Ohio Hospitals Named to Forbes’ 2026 Best Employers for Company Culture List

Forbes has named 600 companies to its 2026 Best Employers for Company Culture list, including five OHA member hospitals. Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, OhioHealth and Dayton Children’s Hospital were recognized on the national list.
The designation highlights organizations with strong workplace cultures, including high levels of employee engagement, supportive leadership and a sense of connection among colleagues.
