Ryan Biles

Biles directs the Health Economics & Policy, Data, Public Affairs and Patient Safety & Quality teams of OHA. He works directly with hospital and health system leadership throughout Ohio on Medicare and Medicaid policy and health care finance. Previously, Biles served as senior vice president of Health Economics & Policy. From 2010 to 2015, Biles managed OHA’s Task Force for Health Transformation, which advised the OHA Board and member hospitals on changes to the health care delivery system spurred by implementation of the Affordable Care Act and Ohio’s expansion of Medicaid eligibility. Biles joined OHA in 2000. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Northwestern University.
