OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital Celebrates Expansion

A major ground breaking ceremony took place this week at OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital to celebrate the construction of its expansion project. These plans include the addition of a new patient tower, renovations to first and second floors and more support for the critical care, heart and vascular, surgery and Level III Trauma programs. This expansion will also change the hospital into a six-floor, 96-bed facility.

Christ Hospital Preforms Groundbreaking Heart Surgery

A 70-year-old patient at Christ Hospital underwent a seemingly impossible surgery to combat the endocarditis that was afflicting him. The last of three heart surgeries left the patient without an artery on one side of his heart, leading to a technique called electrocautery being done to restore blood flow without open heart surgery. New Wooster Hospital Emergency Center Welcomes Patients

Last week, 1,500 people gathered for the unveiling of the new expanded emergency facilities at Wooster Hospital. Along with a greater patient capacity, there was an addition of specialized treatment areas, enhanced clinical spaces and more convenient parking and waiting areas.
