Overview
The Ohio Organization for Nursing Leadership invites members and Ohio nurse leaders to attend the in-person fall conference. The conference schedule includes a pre-conference session, one-and-a-half days of educational programming, evidence-based poster presentations, two keynote sessions, awards presentation, CNO roundtable breakfast and OONL updates. This year’s theme is “Drinking from the Firehose; Transition from Surviving to Thriving.”
Who Should Attend
Chief nursing officers, nurse managers and directors in all service lines, nurse educators, patient safety officers, risk managers, compliance officers and nurse practitioners.

The Ohio Hospital Association, OLN-0017-P, is approved as a provider unit of continuing education by the Ohio Board of Nursing through the approver unit at the Ohio League for Nursing (OBN-006-92) and provider unit status is valid through June 2026.
If you find you are unable to attend, please contact Sherri.Cohen@ohiohospitals.org. A refund of registration fees, less a $40 processing fee, will be issued if OHA is notified at least five working days prior to the event. After Oct. 31, no refunds will be issued.
This annual conference features an average attendance of 275-300 chief nursing officers, nurse leaders across all service lines, nurse educators patient safety officers, risk managers, compliance officers and nurse practitioners.
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibit and sponsorship opportunities for this event are first made available to OHA Corporate Partners.
