Robert Campbell, PharmD, BCSCP – Senior Director, Standards Interpretation, Accreditation Decision Management, and Medication Safety – The Joint Commission
Campbell currently serves as Senior Director, Standards Interpretation, Accreditation Decision Management and Medication Safety at Joint Commission. In this role, Dr. Campbell is responsible for providing oversight for the interpretation of all Joint Commission standards in all Accreditation programs. In addition, he is responsible for the oversight of post-survey processes related to accreditation decisions. He functions as the subject matter expert for medication safety related topics through providing guidance for the development, revision, and interpretation of medication safety related standards.
Campbell continues to function as a Surveyor for Joint Commission in the Hospital Accreditation and Critical Access Hospital Accreditation Programs, as well as a Reviewer in the Medication Compounding Certification Program, to assess compliance with accreditation and certification program standards. He is a member of the Accreditation Council for Joint Commission and the Co-Chair of the National Coordinating Council for Medication Error Reporting and Prevention. He was also appointed to the Compounded Steril Preparations Pharmacy Specialty Council of the Board of Pharmacy Specialties for the 2024-2026 term.
Campbell received a Doctor of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. He is Board Certified in Compounded Sterile Preparations by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties and is licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in Florida. In addition, he holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
Aaron Daniels – Senior Account Executive, Ameresco Inc.
Daniels has spent 13 years in the energy industry. As a senior financial analyst and energy efficiency program manager at a top energy retailer, Aaron gained a deep understanding of retail energy markets, leveraging that energy markets experience to develop an energy efficiency program for existing retail energy customers. In his time at Ameresco, Daniels has worked with hospitals, K12’s, cities and counties to reduce energy costs, implement renewable energy strategies and bring over $2 million in state and federal grants and incentives to his customers to upgrade again HVAC and building automation equipment.
Lucas Dixon – Director of Project Development, Ameresco Inc.
Dixon has spent over 15 years at Ameresco developing a broad range of solutions and now leads the national building automation project development team. He has worked directly with major hospital networks in Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and Kentucky to implement comprehensive energy management and building automation strategies, that often require a multi-year development and implementation.
Jeff Lee, Vice President of Ultrapure Water Sales – Total Water
Lee leads a highly experienced technical sales team that designs and engineers ultrapure water purification systems for Total Water Treatment Systems, specializing in health care, laboratory, pharmaceutical and biotech applications. As the Vice President of Sales for Total Water, Jeff is responsible for applications throughout North America and works with eight sales engineers. Lee is certified as a Water Quality Specialist IV through the Water Quality Association and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
Chad Beebe, AIA, CHFM, CFPS, CBO, FASHE – Deputy Executive Director, American Society for Healthcare Engineering
Beebe is a registered architect, a certified fire protection specialist, a certified health care facility manager, and a certified building Official. He is currently Deputy Executive Director for the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association. He serves on many national panels and committees that develop regulations for the design and construction of health care facilities. Beebe is a highly active member of the National Fire Protection Association and a former member of the NFPA Standards Council, the multidisciplinary body responsible for issuing the NFPA documents.
From 1999 to 2010, Beebe served as the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) for the Washington State Department of Health and managed its Construction Review Services program, which is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of all health care-related facilities in the state, including board and care facilities, nursing homes and hospitals.
