Exhibit opportunities at the 111th OHA Annual Meeting & Education Summit place your organization front and center with decision makers from hospitals, health systems and other health care leaders across Ohio.

The OHA Annual Meeting presents a targeted and highly engaging opportunity for OHA Corporate Partners to connect with over 1,200 leaders and decision makers from Ohio hospitals. On each day of the event, exhibitors can expect to receive a wealth of progressive industry information and the chance to foster high-value professional connections that will help expand their brand and maximize exposure.

OHA provides this conference, along with the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits, free of charge for our members. Sponsorship contributions help make this event possible and directly support OHA’s mission for our member hospitals. OHA is excited to get your organization in front of key decision makers and leaders within Ohio hospitals in 2026.

Please note: Only OHA Corporate Partners may exhibit at this event and will need to choose between exhibiting the first 2 days or day 3. Exhibit space if first come first served.


New For 2026 Exhibitors

This year features a Meet-the-Exhibitors Reception from 4:30-6 p.m. opening day, May 19.

Additionally, OHA is offering a variety of booth options for 2026. Exhibitors can choose to exhibit Day 1 & Day 2 of the conference or exhibit Day 3 at our Energy, Infrastructure & Innovation Summit. 

Day 3 features the Energy, Infrastructure & Innovation Summit, with exhibit space inside the conference area.

Exhibitors must select their exhibit days and location when completing the participation agreement.

  • Badges are required to attend all meetings and special activities. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.
  • All OHA Corporate Partners are encouraged to register ahead of the conference to access partner-only content in the OHA Events app.

Corporate Partners must check in at our registration area to receive badges and ribbons. The registration desk is located in the Regency Ballroom foyer on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt Regency, in the Regency Ballroom foyer.

Monday, May 18

  • Exhibitor set up 3-8 p.m. (Note that Excel Decorators will be on-site until 6 p.m.)
  • 3rd floor registration hours 3-6 p.m.

Tuesday, May 19

  • Exhibitor set up 7-7:30 a.m.
  • 3rd floor registration hours 6:45 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hours 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Wednesday, May 20

  • 3rd floor registration hours 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. . (Nominee/awardee check-in from 4-6:30 p.m.)
  • Exhibit hours 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
  • Exhibitor teardown 2-3 p.m. (All booths must be cleared out by 3 p.m.)

 Thursday, May 21 – Please note that the conference registration desk be near the Franklin Ballroom foyer on the 2nd floor

  • Exhibitor set up 7-7:30 a.m.
  • Registration hours 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m.
  • Exhibit Hours 7:30 a.m.-4:15 p.m.

Large Items to Unload

The Hyatt requests anyone with large items to bring them in through the loading dock on the east side of the hotel. Do not park at the hotel entrance unless you are using the valet to park your vehicle.

Easy-Carry Items

If your materials are easy to manage with your roller cart or other means, please park your car first, then proceed to the Hyatt 3rd floor registration area to check in.

Parking

If you are staying overnight at the Hyatt, the Chestnut Street garage  (44 E. Chestnut, 43215) offer the option to charge the parking to your room.

OHA has arranged a $25 per day rate at the surface lot on the east side of the hotel (80 E. Nationwide Blvd., 43215) that you can schedule and pay ahead in the app.

Shorter-term Parking

If you are only visiting for a short time, several downtown street parking and nearby surface lots are available using these apps:

Day 1 & 2 Exhibitor Provided Amenities -Each 8-foot-wide by 6-foot-deep space will receive the following standard items:

  • 3-foot-high back drapes and 3-foot-high side rail drapes
  • The drapery colors are teal, blue and beige. Nothing can be attached directly on the drapes.
  • One – 6 feet by 2 feet by 30-inch vinyl topped table (unskirted). Skirting is an additional cost.
  • Two – standard side chairs
  • One – booth ID sign (company name and booth number)
  • Wi-Fi is available in all exhibit areas
  • Exhibit areas are carpeted

These items are provided to you by OHA and will automatically be installed in your booth space.

Day 3 “Energy, Infrastructure & Innovation Summit” Exhibitor Provided Amenities

  • One – 6 feet by 2 feet by 30-inch vinyl topped table (unskirted) chosen on May 21st.
  • Wi-Fi is available in all exhibit areas
  • Exhibit areas are carpeted

Exhibitor Service Kits – (Day 1 &2 Exhibitors only)

  • Excel Decorators is the show decorator for the OHA Annual Meeting.
  • Excel provides additional resources for your exhibit upon request.
  • Exhibit service kits will be emailed in March to the Corporate Partners from Excel.
  • Please see the exhibitor service kit from Excel Decorators for instructions on shipping to and from the hotel.
  • We do not recommend shipping directly to the hotel without arranging through Excel Decorators.
  • An electricity request form is provided in the exhibitor service kit.
  • Security will be on-site Monday and Tuesday night to monitor exhibition areas.
  • Be prepared to identify yourself.
  • The conference venue is publicly accessible. While event security will be present in the evenings, we encourage exhibitors to secure valuables and avoid leaving items unattended at their booths.
  • The Hyatt Regency has 24-hour security on site. If you feel you need an escort from a location to your car or from location to location, please go to the hotel front desk and ask for an officer to escort you.

OHA will hold a scavenger hunt to encourage members to visit Corporate Partner exhibitor booths:

  • OHA will provide your booth with a laminated QR code for attendees to scan when visiting with your representatives.
  • Attendees will scan the QR code using the in-app game scanner located in the attendee’s app under the scavenger hunt icon.
  • The scavenger hunt opens at 7 a.m. Tuesday and closes at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Point values

  • All booths have a minimum value of 100 points.
  • Exhibitors that register before April 30th and opt into the Lead Retrieval in-app option will have booth QR codes worth 350 points each.
  • Exhibit booth point values are shown on the scavenger hunt area for the attendees to see.

Prizes

  • One grand prize gift card will be awarded and multiple prizes will be awarded to the second tier of winners based on points earned.
  • Scavenger hunt prizes will only be awarded to attendees from member hospitals.
  • Around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, push notifications will be sent out via the app announcing all winners along with where to visit to claim their prize.
  • Winners will also be posted to the scavenger hunt area.
  • If you require hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency, please make reservations by using this link to receive OHA’s special rate of $205 (+ taxes) per night.
  • The cut-off date to receive the special rate is Friday, April 24. Requests received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis. The hotel prevailing rack rates will apply. Please note a first night deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card.
  • Please make your reservations quickly, as the group block fills up very early. Check-in time is 3 p.m.  and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Cancellations:

  • If you are unable to attend the conference, you are responsible for calling the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
  • The Hyatt Regency has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid the loss of your first night’s deposit. The hotel will charge your credit card in the event of a no-show.

Booth giveaways

  • If you decide to do a booth giveaway, this is separate from the OHA sponsored scavenger hunt. Exhibitors are responsible for coordinating their own giveaways, collecting entries and contacting their winner(s)

Sessions and Lunches

  • Exhibitors are welcome to attend any general education sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Meal functions require registration and have a cost (you may purchase these in advance to guarantee a spot, or at OHA Registration during the conference as space permitting).
  • Lunch is not provided for attendees.

Suggested Downtimes

  • OHA recommends exhibitors grab lunch from noon-1:45 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • The downtown Columbus area has many great restaurants.

Attendee lists

  • Lists will be sent by email prior to the event and a final list will be sent after the event.
  • Hard copies are not available.
  • Please see the Attendees icon on the OHA event app for a current list of attendees.
