The deadline for hospitals to submit applications for the Ohio First Steps for Healthy Babies program, an OHA initiative, in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Breastfeeding Alliance and the Ohio Lactation Consultant Association, is Oct. 1.
