Each year, National Hospital Week serves as a meaningful opportunity to recognize the dedication, compassion and expertise of health care professionals who serve patients and communities around the clock. Observed annually in May, the week shines a spotlight on the critical role hospitals and health systems play in advancing public health, delivering lifesaving care and strengthening the fabric of communities across the nation.

Hospital leaders – from CEOs and chief nursing officers to department directors – have shared messages of thanks directed to the frontline caregivers, support staff and administrators who work tirelessly behind the scenes and at the bedside. These voices reflect not only professional respect, but deep personal appreciation for the resilience, innovation and commitment demonstrated across Ohio’s health care workforce.
