Submit Special Accommodations for OHA Annual Meeting Before April 25

If you haven’t registered yet for the OHA Annual Meeting, now’s the time to secure your spot for Ohio’s premier health care leadership event. As you plan your visit, please keep these important upcoming deadlines in mind:

Special accommodations:

  • OHA is happy to accommodate individuals with special dietary (vegetarian, gluten-free, non-dairy) or physical needs by providing auxiliary aids and services.
  • Please email Casey Strader with any special requests before Friday, April 25 to ensure accommodations can be arranged.

Cancellation policy:

  • If your plans change, please notify Sherri Cohen.
  • Refunds for special event fees are available until May 2. After that date, no refunds can be issued.

Plan Ahead: Parking Options for 2025 OHA Annual Meeting

The OHA Annual Meeting is at a new venue this year, and we've compiled several parking options to ensure your trip to the Hyatt Regency Columbus is as smooth as possible. For those staying overnight at the Hyatt, the underground garage (52 E. Nationwide Blvd., 43215) and the Chestnut Street garage (44 E. Chestnut, 43215) offer the option to charge the parking to your room. OHA has arranged a $20 per day rate at two garages that you can schedule and pay ahead at this app. These are the underground garage at the Hyatt and the surface lot on the east side of the hotel (80 E. OHA Announces Annual Leadership Award Recipients

In recognition of National Hospital Week, May 11-17, OHA today announced the honorees of its annual leadership awards to be recognized at OHA’s annual recognition dinner event, during the association’s annual meeting on May 20 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. This year’s leadership award honorees are: Lisa Klenke, CEO, Mercer Health, will receive OHA’s Donald R. Newkirk Award.
