OHA Member Presenting on Leadership Strategies for Sepsis Program Success

June 23, 2025

Join the American Hospital Association’s Living Learning Network and the CDC for an engaging panel discussion with hospital leaders, including OHA member Michelle Evans, Sepsis Program Coordinator, Summa Health, as they explore the essential role of multidisciplinary collaboration in successful sepsis programs.

This session, July 21, will highlight how effective sepsis care requires the engagement of diverse stakeholders across the hospital, including clinicians, nursing staff and other health care professionals who provide direct care to patients with sepsis across various departments. The panel will also discuss the contributions of those involved in performance evaluation and improvement, such as data analysts and information technology teams, as well as the invaluable perspectives of patients, family members, and caregivers, who offer critical insights into the patient experience and recovery process.
