Prepare for Behavioral Health Redesign Changes Effective July 1
The Ohio Department of Medicaid is hosting two final training opportunities before the Behavioral Health Redesign changes are scheduled to take effect July 1.
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services will join ODM for the Behavioral Health Redesign “401” webinar at 10 a.m. May 22. This training will serve as a final comprehensive overview of the BH Redesign changes. The training will pause around noon for a one-hour lunch break and end around 3 p.m. Click here
Prior authorization training will be held May 23 from 1-3 p.m. The training will provide step-by-step instructions on how community behavioral health agencies can submit requests for prior authorization for services such as ACT, IHBT, SUD Partial Hospitalization and SUD Residential. Click here
