Deadline Extended to July 21 for OHA’s Salary, CEO Compensation Surveys

The Ohio Hospital Association, Ohio Society of Hospital Human Resources Administrators and Integrated Healthcare Strategies (a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc.) have teamed up to develop the 2017 OHA Salary Survey and CEO Compensation Survey.
 
Participants receive a copy of the survey results and a Custom Competitor Report. Hospitals may select eight or more competitors to be included in their report.
 
A survey instrument specific to each organization for the 2017 OHA Salary Survey is available for download from surveys.ihstrategies.com. The deadline to complete the surveys is extended to July 21. 
 
Member hospitals have been emailed log in information specific to their institutions to participate. If you have questions about downloading the survey instrument, email Kristin_Kush@aig.com.
 
To complete the CEO Compensation Survey, click here, and send completed survey to Kristin Kush at Kristin_Kush@aig.com.
 
The cost to participate is $400 per hospital or $800 per multi-hospital system. Participants will receive an invoice from OHA once the completed questionnaires are received. Paid participants will receive their survey reports in early September. The CEO survey results will be provided to the CEO directly.
